Do you have an outstanding debt but the debtor has gone missing from their last known address?
Do you know any of the following?
Looking to locate a missing beneficiary?
We have spent nearly 20 years tracing missing beneficiaries for Solicitors and Clients in Probate with Estates and Wills.
Kemp Investigations and Legal Services have been Tracing Debtors for the Legal Profession, for Solicitors and for members of the public for since 2006 and we are now specialists within the field.
Although providing us with as much information as you have, from as little as a full name, we can search the databases we have available to us quickly and accurately and locate a debtor's current address within a very quick timeframe, This speed will allow you to begin legal action against the debtor as swiftly as possible and recover your outstanding debts without delay.
In the vast majority of circumstances, we can carry out our debtor tracing on a 'No Trace, No Fee' basis.
Our debtor tracing can normally be carried out within 24 to 48 hours, although if the Debtor being traced is evasive, this can take slightly longer.
Our Debtor Tracing is carried out on a 'No Trace, No Fee' basis, so a full refund will be processed if we are unable to locate a current address for the debtor.
All of our Debtor Tracing is carried out in-house, and not sub-contracted to anyone else.
Once we have traced the Debtor's current home address, you are then welcome to utilise our Process Servers to serve any Court Orders, or Statutory Demand or even Bankruptcy Petitions you may have upon them, and have those outstanding debts recovered.
This is why Solicitors, Local Authorities and Private Companies are making us their first choice for Debtor Tracing.
We offer three types of trace;
If you require a single debtor traced and know their Full Name, and/or their Date of Birth and/or their Last Known Addresses, then we can normally electronically trace their new address using our expansive list of databases and public record.

If in the unlikely event we are unable to trace the current address of a debtor using our electronic databases then we can carrying out physical work, for example visiting the last known address.
For this trace it's best to contact us to discuss the case further.
If you are a private business, a Local Authority, or Central Government and you require bulk tracing carried out, we can offer bulk debtor tracing services to you.
We can carry out hundreds of debtor traces for you quickly and efficiently.
